Looks like a large DC offset on the output to me. Tweeter won't be affected in such circumstances as it will have an in-line capacitor in the crossover, which will block the DC... Amp is the problem. And of course the woofer coils now:cry:

Well, depending on how much you're prepared to spend, how about looking at getting a set of iQ3's? Same driver, assuming it's the coax driver you're after...

Looked as the UM and it says: "The dual LEFT / RIGHT inputs can be used to connect stereo systems that have only stereo preamplifier outputs instead of a dedicated LFE output." Your sound quality would definitely benefit from a pre-out split...

Would it not be better SQ-wise to split the pre-out to power amp and DSP rather?? Your sound levels should also be easier to match.

Exactly! Why are Stradivarius violins so sought after? Their sound is just fantastic, caused by all sorts of additional vibrations at that tone - timbre is the musical term....  I'm not saying it is in the extreme upper frequencies necessarily, but it does make a perceivable difference...  All...
